At the 2019 Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo, Waco Lodge represented Freemasonry with its own booth. What a fun time we had! About a dozen members volunteered over ten days to keep the booth manned as we engaged the public and answered questions about the Craft. A few men inquired about petitioning but more importantly, our members had a good time hanging out and having some fun at the fair. A few light-hearted pranks and even a near scuffle with an overzealous neighboring merchant made for a very interesting shared experience. There were many descendants of early lodge members excited to see us. Last but not least, we sold a little bit of our lodge coffee, Busy Brew. Thanks to all who showed up and helped out!
